You should have received a letter today from Mr Hulme regarding Accelerated Reader, our new comprehension reading programme in school. This is a really exciting addition to the school and will help your children become better readers.
This week, they should have been given a book at the correct level for them. We will give them the opportunity to take quizzes in school time, you will not be able to complete these at home. Please do encourage them to read every night and hear them read to ensure their fluency is as good as it can be. We are awaiting a new delivery of books which will be added to the AR system so watch this space!
